Default abs slip vdc on after lowering and crank pulley

I did search...anyway i just lowered on eibach sportlines and installed a ur stock size pulley at the same time. After hitting about 20 mph my slip vdc and abs lights pop on. After its shut off and restarted theyre off until 20 or so mph again. I have no camber kit yet either. Brake fluid and pads are fine, but the rear rotor did get some paint on them when i painted the hubs which i did not clean off. Help!

Mine did the exact same thing when I put my Teins on. It was the right front ABS sensor. It fixed it immediately.
