Default I need help! Valet parking f'd up my new 350z

A guys I need your help...

Mirage Las Vegas valet parking damaged my car and wont pay!

I just got back from Las Vegas this Tuesday May 4th. I had my car in the Mirage hotels valet parking and when they brought it back it had a 1 1/2 inch dent in the passenger side door. It was so bad that the paint came off.

I just bought the car less than 2 months ago so I know for a fact that they did the damage.

I took pictures and video and I also filed a claim with security there.

I called them today and they said they’re not going to do anything and that they didn’t do it.

I’m not lying here. They f’d up my car! Not only did they try to slip it past me, but now they're trying to lie and say they didn’t do it.

What do I do now small claims court?

Do I have to drive all the way back to Las Vegas?

A rich *** casino in Las Vegas jacks up my car and they get away with it…

What can I do? This is ****ed up and they should pay...

That's it? That little ding that you can hardly even see in the picture? Your story wouldn't even hold up on Judge Judy.

Just go get it fixed. That couldn't even cost $100.

What cost more, fixing it or getting them to pay to fix it? How many trips are you going to have to make back and forth to Vegas to see a lawyer, go to court, etc? How much is your time worth? When you get to court, it's going to be your word against theirs unless you have pictures of your car when you arrived showing no dent.

yea just get it fixed.

I would be just as pissed as you are if it happened to me. But the fact is they might not be lying.

They could have parked it in a spot and some idiot parked next to the valet section could have swung their door into it.

I had something very similiar happen to me and I know the rage that is just fuming inside of you.

At the end of the day just go to a dent removal place, pay the $100 and be done with it. Maybe grab some duplicolor touch up paint.

The good news is that the mark is grey on your silver car so it doesn't stand out that much. But I know if it were my car it would be a big deal to me.

FU YOU! This is my baby. The dint took the paint off. Do you know what it will cost to repaint the door (color match my car)?

I've only had it for about a month and a half. I've already rimmed it up, put a killers system in it, lowered it, intake headers and hks dual exhaust etc.

Believe me the pictures don't do it justice. And dont forget that its the point also. A billion dollar casino f's up a nice *** car and gets away with it...

The valet is underground in a PRIVATE area that only valet parkers can go in. And 1,000% no dent was there.

Last year I had a best friend get married in new york new york. He had a 911 twin turbo. He parked it in the regular parking area.

On his wedding night someone broke into his car and f'd it up. Cut the seats, dash and punched holes in his speakers and tires. The worst part was they took the camera of his wedding that I shot. So now he has lost the only wedding video.

When he asked the hotel they said if he parked valet they would be liable. but becuase it was parked regular he was assed out.

Ever since then I ALWAYS park valet just for that reason.

Ever seen "Ferris Bueller's Day Off"?

A finski doesn't change a guy's attitude that much . . .

I say you should go back to Vegas and choke out one of the valets. Go all Gracie on their asses.

Wait a second . . . BJJ . . . Huntington Beach . . .

Take them to court... They have more $$ than you will ever dream of for lawyers.

Small claims court? LOL - they would TEAR YOU UP.. and now you have to SHOW PROOF that your car didnt already have the dent and your just not trying to get a casino to fix it for you.

Of course you have to go back to fight this - thats IF you are willing to.
