+1. if not alcohol, some other dumb maneuver was involved. sorry, the physics aren't there, you don't just change lanes on wet pavement and spin out.

glad the op is ok, but honestly (evil) i'm always grinning seeing these crashes because it means one less z on the road and eventually i will be the only one left. muahahaha. to bad you'll all be flying by the time im the only one left and there will be no roads for me to drive anymore.

I guess no more sportscar for me. I'm 26/M and I didn't drink after the college grad party. There were lots of potholes and it was wet.

I took a look at the car today and grabbed my stuff. I still forgot a few things, but it's okay. It definitely looks totaled. I don't think it can be saved, but the insurance rep will decide on that.

Same thing happened to me when I had my 91 nsx. It was raining hard and I was just cruising along at about 120mph when it spun out for no reason at all. Weird isn't it. Lol

The seats and the stereo are still in great condition. I didn't pay off the car yet. Would they let me sell the parts??
