I was watching The Ultimate Fighter a few minutes ago and a new 350z commercial for Castrol or some type motor oil came on. Did anyone else see it or know where to find it?

 

I saw it myself. Its currently running.

 

castrol gtx and castrol syntec are both already really good oils for the vq35de. what is the new oil?

 

idk i switched from purple to syntec and problem started to happen :/. Next oil change i have will see if it was the oil or not.

 

My only problem with the commercial is that the guy in it looks like he should be driving a old trans-am or camaro, not a 350Z. Mullet FTL.

Castrol ftw! I used to run Syntec, last oil change i switched to Edge.

 

I use Total Lubricants products...ELF racing Full Synthetic 5w-30. I used to use Mobil 1 and every time i nailed the gas i' d have a burning oil smell. Not any more with the Elf.

 

First geico now castrol. i wonder who else will use a 350Z in their commercials? Maybe Dominos or Papa John's?! "Papa's in the Z"

 

I use Edge when in a pinch and can't get Amsoil. Pretty good oil.

 

I haven't seen the ad. I didn't find it on YouTube or on the Castrol website. Anybody got a link to it?

I'm sure hope they'll get rid of those stupid dipstick ads.

I saw this thread and didnīt click till I just saw it now. I love the attention the 350z gets even with the new 370z out. I think our car is becoming iconic and respected more and will one day be a classic

without a doubt, this bodystyle is amazing... when i first saw it, i was probably 16 or so... knew i had to have one! now that i'm 25, i'm on my second one, and smile everytime i look in the parking lot... it absolutely will always be one of my favorite cars, regardless of price... just such a clean look... classy, yet sporty... can roll up to a club, and it looks awesome, or hit a track day, and kick some a**... what more could you ask for? except a couple hundred extra horses :P

so castrol oil is pretty good?

 

I know that you love the Z.
So do I.
But it's not iconic and it will not be a classic.
It's a sport car and that's it.
