maybe they did not respond to your email because they could not understand you.

If your email was anything like your post, they are probably still scratching their heads.

Learn the language and how to use it and you might get a response

Just because he can't speak English properly doesn't mean he should be treated different than any other customer.

OP I don't think there is much you can do other than try and get a hold of the company by sending e-mail and try calling more, calling them is the better option, give it a week or two if no answer call you bank if you paid with visa and file a dispute. If you paid by Paypal make sure you don't let it go beyond a month because I don't think you can file a claim after a month.

I've ordered from them before and didn't have any problems. Not sure what the deal is.

Are they located in the Arizona? A friend posted on Facebook that 350ZMotorsports was moving into a new location. Maybe their phone/internet lines are screwed up?

hope everything gets resovled, what kind of radiator did you order?

the smart choice would be to get ahold of your credit card company and file a despute if they dont contact you back.

I had problems when I ordered an oil cap from another company and it took almost a month and a 1/2 to get. Fortuantely for me, they replied to my nasty emails but never really called me back.

someone give me a p.m . he said, "350zmotorsports screwed me over big time." and "His phone works but he never answers, just once and a while." that's what I said...

I'll file a dispute.

I will contact them and see whats up. I am in AZ, and they are good people, I'm sure theres a logical explanation for it. They are always good about customer service.

Your radiator is ordered, and you will be receiving a tracking number shortly. They lost their receptionist and were crazy backed up. Sorry for the inconvenience man, I hope this helps answer your question as to whats going on.

LOL. When are people going to learn? This stuff is excuses - I would never do business with a company that doesn't answer their phone. I don't care what their excuse is. Until you get a call from them directly (not a second-hand message through someone on this forum), consider the order unfulfilled.

Now, here is what I uncovered from a bit of Google searching... there are several other complaints about 350zmotorsports, and some interesting threads. For example:
http://www.azdriven.com/forums/showt...rsports&p=6562
Sorry to here about your recent mistake of choosing a shop like 350Zmotorsports. I worked for the shop up until the point where I was stuck in a situation which forced me to roll out of that rip off shop as soon as I could. A member of this sight was in a similar situation involving rims as well. The best advice I can give you is this, go get your money and never return to the shop. Chances are very good, your rims were never even ordered. If you would like more proof or examples of the kind of shady **** that goes on there, feel free to message me privately. Not sure how those who run the sight would feel about that kind of information being spread all over the sight.
Again sorry to here about your experience. your not the only one-
Sorry to hear about your ordeal OP. Good luck. You are being way too kind with Rich IMO.

Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident and is far from the first time I have heard about Rich's shadiness. His ethics (or lack thereof) leave much to be desired.
And more complaints:

I doubt the moderators will let this thread remain for any period of time, but who knows.
