When I told the tow truck guy 2 of my cylinders weren't firing he says "Well it's only got FOUR!"

The question was: Why would you put a FairladyZ badge on your car when thats not what it is?
Backstory: Well I could understand why someone without any knowledge of the subject asking this, but I was at a local Nissan dealership! And that's only the start of the story.....
I went to the dealership in my old cs z to check out a GTR they got in. I pulled up and one of the salesman came out and checked my car out. He is the one that asked me about the badge. So he proceeds to say that he knew my car was not a fairlady because it had cloth, and no navigation. He also said that in his whole time working there he had only seen one real Fairlady, and they had it. LMFAO..... So at this point I had to go see it. It was a stock touring model with a FairladyZ badge just like mine. LMFAO again........ I tried to explain it all to him, but I was assured that he had been working with Nissans for 12 years and he knew what he was talking about. It was even advertised as a fkn special edition.
This is a prime example of what I see and hear around here on a daily basis.... It sux!

hahah i got that alot too.. i will see if i can find a ticket.. i got a ticket at the school stating it orange porsche... i understand that there are no badges in the rear but there is a bigass hamburger logo in the front...
also gotten a ticket where discription aid Mazda...
but the funniest comments i have heard was when i was leaving wallmart... i was driving my roomates gt-r and i was asked if its z a with widebody kit...
and i told them it was a gt-r whole different line up and that guy's girl goes to me// "ohh so its like a mustang" I had nutthing to say to that i was like yup its just like a mustang and left>

must not be that hardcore of a GM guy, doesnt even know what a Pontiac G6 is................i went to the Monroe County Fair here Saturday night(lets just say her friends did not even know what a 350z was..........and then I had 2 tards come up to me when I had my sound system on and ask if that was stock sound system......................................REALLY?!?!?!?!)

I can relate to this one.
I had a guy tell me I should do the "Fairlady conversion" I also attempted to explain it. No, he was certain that there was a Fairlady conversion. Everyone was doing it. It was just a couple of pulleys and it added like 30 horses. Within the same conversation, he is rambling about cars and says really "Could you imagine what it would be like to have six gears!?!?"
I was hesitant to tell him I had six, thought he might argue

Obviously you haven't heard the stock BOSE premium sound
Obviously you have not heard mine..........BOSE sucks i work at a GM dealership and we put BOSE in almost everything here, Its garbage.
