From the reading SV bought a bumper from strafe and was supposed to have it sent back.
The bumper never made it back to strafe and SV flipped it on the forum to a socal member in less than a months time from when he purchased the bumper from strafe.

From what has been said yes. Strafe was told product was gone then came to find out the bumper that was supposed to be returned due to" terrible fitment" was sold to a socal member on boards as a bumper which fit perfect.

I have never heard of you guys. And if i have never heard of you then im sure this one single guy is not hurting your business in anyway.

Regardless this is what i got out of all this.

1. One of your employees sold a member here a bumper on the DL.

2. Now the guy who got the bumper on the DL, instead of shutting up about receiving a cheap price went ahead and BASHED your company.

3. You then found the guy and muscled him for money owed, after firing the original culprit who sold the bumper.

4. You see the bashing and realize OMG, this guy got a stolen bumper and is now talking smack, lets get him back by making him pay us the money owed.

Am i right?

I highly doubt, what at the max maybe 500 bucks of a bumper is harming your business in anyway.

You better re-read original posts because your way off about the situation.

Strafe sold SV1098 a authentic chargespeed front. Sv then made a huge ordeal on how the bumper fit like **** . Strafe asked for bumper to be returned and when shipping company arrived to retrieve the package it had disappeared. No less than a month later SV flips it on the forum to a socal member and advertised it was in perfect condition and fit dead on. Im guessing the serial numbers on the sold bumper sv flipped to the socal member match those that were on the original bumper strafe sold sv.
Stolen property.
All they are asking now is serial numbers on the back of bumper to confirm or deny...his lack of response speaks for itself.

Well the way u put ur dirty laundry out on the forum like this, acting like little children makes me not trust SV and I diffenitly will not be buying from strafe There is a little think called PM ON HERE... USE IT!!!

 

If they never refunded him, it's not stolen property. If they did refund his money before receiving the bumper, they just don't know how to run a business. (Well I shouldn't say that, if they did it as a courtesy.)

and I bet making such a public deal about it will lose them more money than moving on would have. Respond to his bash thread in a professional matter, then move on. If you really felt like he's a theif, get a lawyer. I gurantee your lawyer tells you not to post any of this info online though.
