Where's the goddamn bumper, Sean?

Did you plan this from the start or are you just an oppurtunist?

Was Sean given a full refund for his purchase? If so it looks like he did quite well for himself in this deal

How much has your sales dropped since this incident?

Is Robert going to be rehired if puffy is proven to be a thief?

Where is the member who the property was sold to. If I were Strafe I would have waited until I had the serial number from him before I posted this. That would have been some serious epic ownage?

I actually read all of this shat and what I see is a whiny bish and a seriously unprofessional company

Actually we are Professional. tried to handle it in PM..We know the serial number because we already talked with Chargespeed. Robert will not be part of Strafe. Sales dropped right from the start because this happened when we were trying to get established and because the AI scandal mistrust is rampant..SV never asked for a refund as Strafe paid for the Chargespeed bumper and shipping. We lost well over $1000.00 on this deal and not to mention lost future revenue.

and I bet making such a public deal about it will lose them more money than moving on would have. Respond to his bash thread in a professional matter, then move on. If you really felt like he's a theif, get a lawyer. I gurantee your lawyer tells you not to post any of this info online though.
I was going to say... how is it stolen property when he paid for it? and why in the hell would they refund him before receiving the bumper back if that's the case.

There was no refund. Strafe ate the cost of the bumper and shipping. Strafe was to get bumper back to show chargespeed it wasn't copied and to check fitment with chargespeed.
Strafe called and VIS racing had shipping company call the bodyshop and both companies were told the bumper was either thrown away or not there. We took it as a loss and then saw the FS thread and that Fitment was perfect and that the seller's BODYSHOP purchased another bumper from Chargespeed. We contacted Chargespeed and was told no other bumper was purchased from them. So this thread went up when SV couldn't answer in PM and we wanted the public to know.

Ok. I'm confused.

So this Shaun dude received a bumper that he didn't pay for?

Or he payed for the bumper and just didn't send it back.

You already said he wasn't refunded.

How exactly did you folks not receive reimbursement for the bumper? You already stated that he didn't ask for a refund.

So confused.
