Default Break in done! and good track experience.

I just finished breaking in on the track today

I went to Thunderhill and whipped the a@s of my Z. It was NSX event but there were many BMWs, S2000s and one Z Actually, Z can even compete with NSXs. It seems bunch of technology NISSAN have put on this Z made this car a lot more stable. I have let other people do some laps and they were so impressed how this car handles well.

Anyway,,, it was my Z's debut at the track. And I am glad I bought a good car for the track

just changing the tires will help your lap times immensely - I'm amazed at how well your car did with the stock tires.

quite a car collection you have going there...why no p-cars?

Just kidding
I have an order on new Carrera GT coming next year

BTW, I forgot to take my digital camera... I hope NSX people took some.

sweet - that car should be insane and put to rest all of the "current crop of 996's are too tame" comments
I've had the porsche brochure since before they even started talking about it being a possibility. Its nice to look at

that's me jumping for joy. How about this for an ad slogan? "like an NSX with head room".

I used to own S-03s... my review:

Pro:
Great traction in the wet and dry
Quiet for a high-performance tire
Very stable

Con:
Weight
The breaking point of these tires is very sudden... they don't respond to the driver as well... *For the track, I'd use another tire*

soooooo, what kind of times did you or other people get in the Z? did you try a lap with the vdc on? how much slower? Sounds like a lot of fun.
