Me too But I had the 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipe
I also had a 2003 Toyota Camry before I got my Z.. Wow did I appreciate the Z after that..
Now: 2004 Nissan Convertible 350Z - I biggest problem was no sunroof for the Eclipe. Now I would gladly take the hardtop Z's without a sunroof.

Looking forward to: 2008 Nismo 350Z by May
