I just today sold my oldest daughters 1995 Honda that got her from age 16 almost through college - got her where she needed to go and she got her first ticket just this past summer - 31 in a residential 25. No wrecks, no drama, no complaints from her or me. And she gets to keep the $700. to each their own, but no way in hell would my 16-17 year old be driving a car like the Z. A ZR is in her sights once she gets a real job....fruit did not fall too far from the tree, lol.

 

I have to admit if I went back, I'd probably keep my civic. No hassles. No worries. No stress in wintertime. And I would be 10K more wealthy. My parents warned me. Oh well, I got through it and I love my car. Will pay off at the end of this month. Learned my lesson. Its a good thing she hasnt had accidents, im trying to keep the same way by not being an idiot.

 

its different with me though, my life is all about cars. Noone in my family knows anything about them so i taught myself from trial and error. i also paid for the car, insurance, and my phone bill lol

Went halfsies on my first car with my Dad, bought my second one from him, saved up and got the motorcycle myself and sold the car to my sister, bought the Murano for the ex-wife to get out of her little Sentra and then I could FINALLY get my dream car.

OK lets be for real. Yes more and more people are getting 350z older and younger. All of us who know about the Z, know that they don't really make that much power(I almost shed a tear when i seen my stock dyno sheet) The way i look at if they worked hard or it was given to them. It will all sort out in the end. The ones who deserve the car will not tear it up and the ones that don't will just throw there money away. But if you think people get on the sight to have fellowship and all a lot of people do is tear people down! How about trying to build them up so they don't do nothing crazy. We was all young at one point in out life and I know a lot of you including myself when you got told not to do something, you when and did it anyway! So stop treating people like they are less cuz of they year they was born.( somethings cant be changed) A the end of the day we all have the same passion about this car

hahaha, wrecked in the mountains. i love it when kids crash and especially when it's all over facebook. i used to kick it at the coffee shop around the block to watch tow trucks bring civics and evos down the mountain after "an animal crossed the road"

 

I would make fun of the guys' cars that dont like the lambo doors but none of them have cars..? Honestly I don't know how to feel about them either, they were on there when I got the car. I don't ever really use them. Anyways tho, I love these cars

Every time I believe it is not possible for anyone to be any.............nevermind, you are correct. I don't have a car. I borrow the family moped that I am patiently waiting until it is passed down to me. I make it a habit to race every 350Z I come across in it. My only hope is that the driver is a 17 year old that will run into a tree or telephone pole and then I can go by them honking my custom Dukes of Hazzard horn.

If I had a 350Z, I would not use the doors either. I would take a Sawzall and make my own custom sunroof that I could crawl in and out of.
