Yes, alot of people in my age group have a superiority complex and talk alot of ****, cant really do anything about it though so w/e. I believe i deserved my Z mainly because i bought and am paying for the **** myself, and no, its not under my parents insurance...I dont gotta be 30 have a mortgage and a family to deserve a fkin car, if i work my *** off to get it, then damn right i deserve it.

And speaking of generalization, i typically generalize 30 year olds to be mature with more focus on work and family then bashing people on forums, i guess your the exception to that generalization huh? I think you fit more in the "17 year old yo yo yo son word dawwwggg" category with the amount of **** you talk

let me make my view a little clearer: 17 year olds who get a Z, bought and insured by their parents, dont deserve it, ill agree with that. A Z isnt a first car-car, u gotta work up to it. I started out with a civic and drove that for 4 years, so u can count me off the "17 year old spoiled child" boat. It is aggrivating seeing a 17 year old who just got his license driving a Z/better car than me (who is 20), but doesnt **** me off enough to go around wasting my time flaming people on the internet

edit: heres something we can all agree on, its more aggrivating seeing a 19 year old college girl driving her daddy-bought, 50k Benz or BMW than it is to see a 17 year old driving a used 03' Z which probly sold for 16-17k

This has been a fun thread to watch. It really is interesting to see the two perspectives. IMO The biggest thing we want to learn at a young age is that there is much to learn. Not just only because were young, and need to learn, but literally we may not have had the opportunity to experiance, and realize learning is a never ending process. Sorry, I don't know the age of enlightenment, and I don't ever expect to. I hope to be smarter tomorrow than today. Having said that, the 350z is not something that I consider a good first car. I, like many, crashed my first car (twice lol). I learned a lot with my first car, a 82 toyota starlet. I learned how to change my oil, a tire, a radiator hose, a spark plug, plug wires, several stereo systems etc.
