Default UpRev Customer Service?

Lack of Customer Service really. I bought the Osiris Tuner Package a month ago, received the Cable in the mail (Nothing Else Included), and haven't been able to use it to flash my ECU; reason not being my own for technical difficulties. I downloaded the software from the website and read through the technical manuals (*.pdf). The instructions have you load a pre-flashed ROM provided from UpRev that allows you to flash the ECU on the fly and change settings using the ROM Editor. Problem is that no ROM was provided or is available except via email. I have verified my ECU version to be CD001, which is supported by UpRev, and sent 2 emails via the website. Called the contact number and spoke to Rich who told me to email him at Rich@UpRev.com and he would reply with my ROM file needed to do what I paid $720, a month ago, to do. Problem solved right??? Not exactly, that conversation and email happened a week ago and Rich never replied. I called again on Saturday morning and didn't get a hold of anyone, just left a message. You would think that after someone pays $720 for a product you as a manufacturer or business man would ensure that some sort of customer service was available. I am a understanding individual and realize that the fine men at UpRev are busy with the new 370Z Turbo they are working on, but am I really the only one they have been blowing off? That is what I am taking this as of this point and would like the rest of the 350/370Z community to know what kind of service this company is providing. Other inputs are requested from members that have dealt with this company before. Respectfully, Craig

yup, that's why I went directly to a pro tuner instead (Injected).

Their product is good, but customer service is horrible.
