Default Its Ordered!!

YES,YES!

Well, I lied, it isn't actually ordered yet, but the deposit is in, going in tomorrow to finalize all the details...

Le Mans
Burnt Orange
AT
Kickplates
Side Air Bags

Thats it...the dealer quoted me for the manual version of that car at 31,548. So hopefully the AT will be around 30,500.

Chad

get a Manual!!!

Why is the manual Z more expensive than the Auto? isn't it the other way around for most other cars!?!

Default Congrats, I'm 5 days ahead of you

Hey, Chad I know how excited you are. I've been doing the same research, looking and dreaming for about a month now. Finally order a roadster in Lemans Sunset, w/BO leather, 18" wheels and no nav. Is yours a coupe or roadster?

I got a 5AT cause I'm more interested in fun enjoyable driving in the Hill Country than drag racing a 24 yr old. Oh yeah...... and the wife insisted on it.......lol.

It will be a long 90 days, maybe we can root each other on. Kinda like AA.......LOL.

The manual comes with VDC, Tire Pressure Monitor, 18" wheels and probably some other stuff that the Automatic does not include.

The automatic is more.

You are wrong good sir. Automatic is less expensive, for the following reasons, as someone else mentioned: 17" Wheels, No VDC, no tire pressure monitor.

I assure you, go to edmunds.com.

mine should be here by the end of the week, so I don't have to wait 90 days, sorry. But I got the coupe, that might be why.

Chad

Forgot to explain reason why behind AT:

I test drove both, and I really think the AT is more practicle. Higher resale value as well.

Also, I like to keep a hand on her head.

Boy, is he going to be in for a shock when he finally gets the bill. I have ACTUALLY placed my order, using NissanUSA and San Antonio dealer. Changed my mind from 6mt to 5at and watched the price go up. Maybe I should have bought it from Edmond.com.....lol.

LOL....just left Edmunds....bulet is right. But I think I see the problem. Edmunds has the Man listed first (cheapest price) on all cars except on 2dr coupe where Auto is listed first. Me thinks Edmunds screwed up. If you match Roadster AT against MT, you see the Auto is more. Good luck with your buy bulet!

The Touring comes with the 5AT, unlike the other models. So the 6MT on the Touring cost more. The Enthusiast model comes with the manual tranny and if you want the 5AT it'll cost you extra. The Enthusiast and the Touring is the only models that has the 5AT. Hey I should know .... I got the Touring 5AT and never looked back

Thank you, I knew people were mistaking the enthusiast...

Nissanusa.com even shows the 5AT TOURING to be cheaper than the MT.

I'm sorry, but you got ripped if they jacked the price.

My apologies guys. I ordered ROADSTER with 5AT, which is more than Roadster with 6mt (chk either Nissan or Edmunds), IF I had ordered the COUPE, it would have cost more with 6MT. Too weird, guess it's mainly based on coupe vs roadster. GL with the car no matter what.
