Maybe this is just me but I feel like the manual transmission drives totally different in cold weather than in hot. I feel like I have to let the clutch out slower in cold weather.

yeah depending on how cold of a temperature you're referring to, frigid conditions will negatively impact the transmission (AT or MT) causing possible transmission slips.

28 degree's last night and my stock Z felt like a beast... even the engine sounds deeper suckin in that cold dry air.
