i always run into older aged guys with 370's and when I mention I have a 350z they always give me the "oh... thats nice too" it may not be new but at least i'm only in my twenty's and not in my mid life crisis

usually the N word to a Japanese person would be "gook" from war times.

Calling a person form Japan a "jap" actually means they are Japanese.

 

I'm not so sure about that, I've heard that word thrown around a couple times from people that don't know any better and every single time I've been told by 100% Japanese friends that it is rather derogatory to use that term. I've been to Japan a couple times too and you definitely don't want to say that.

It's weird because you can call a Vietnamese person Viet and that is totally acceptable, but for Japanese people, not so much.
