LOL! I will let you know if I end up parting out. As for the M3, I'm REALLY wanting to stay away from German cars, my friends 07 335i has a check engine light come on like once a month!! There's always a new issue with it. As for the mustang, the V8's do sound really nice, but I am not a huge fan of the mustang

 

I already posted my price range, right before you posted this. I'm trying to keep it at 30 grand.

 

The z has been paid off since I purchased it. A right hand drive would be sweet. There's actually a few locally for sale. You can't go through the drive throughs anymore lol

RX7 with some twin turbo action? If you want to spend 30k, look into a supra or the likes and drop that money into it.

 

Your car is so nice, it is hard to suggest anything 30k or less.

 

I thought about selling the Z for awhile but now that I don't drive it as much I appreciate it more than ever.

If you really want to sell it for something else, I would get either a Sti, Evo X, or a Honda Fit with a 1980 Toyota Corolla on the side.

I know you're friends with Calin too, he's really happy with his VIP GS and it does make me think about doing something similar.

It's funny you mention that because I talked to calin tonight about this too. He was like nooooo don't get rid of your z! LOL. I love his GS! Thats kind of why I was thinking of a newer body GS350 and possibly going that route. Maybe not necessarily bagged but lowered on some nice wheels at least. Something more practical than what I'm driving now. I'm going to sleep on it for a little while before I make a final decision. I invested a lot of $ into the z, and I know I'm going to lose if I get rid of it.

 

Davis, as much as I'd hate for you to sell the Z, I'm sure you have a good reason to do so. I know you've put a lot of money and love into that car, but sometimes it's just time to move on to something else. Honestly I'm not a big fan of the looks of the GS350. Have you given the LS430 any thought? Or is that not really your style?

 

If something happens to my 03 , i replace it with my 05. Simple and easy, but soon the Z will be replaced as a daily driver. Probably an Xterra or Titan.

Or what about an Infiniti M45? Can you narrow the options down a little? Stuff like 2/4 seats, coupe, sedan, sporty, luxury, etc.? Or are you open to pretty much anything?

get a beater and then buy older to mod! if i could have one more car on the side it would be a datsun 240z project shell with an ls1 or ls2. it doesn't have leather+nav but if you're getting a shell it wouldn't be too much harder to add it in. it might all be possible under 30k, though I'm not sure how much work would be needed for an ls swap. 240z + bbk + te37s + coilovers + ls swap + prep work/ paint and call it a day. Then sell your beater and use the 240z as a sleeper DD.
