Dealer just re-programed my ECU
Just paid a visit to my dealer to check on something. The service manager asked if he could check which version of firmware I have my ECU set to. I said go right ahead. He plugged his Consult II gadget in and it turns out mine was the original version which is Nissan part #23710-CD000. There have been 2 Updated versions available for a while now. He re-programed mine to the latest version, 23710-CD002. It's supposed to improve the low end acceleration and change the RPM curve. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Driving the car home was amazing. It felt like a totally different car.. The low end acceleration was totally different.. The car seemed much quicker and more responsive.. Not sure if all in my mind or not.. Anyone else have this ECU change done?? Comments??

Don't know about that
But after I get my Technosquare ECU flash this afternoon, I sure am never going back to the dealer. They might flash it back to stock and I'm out $595. LOL

Whatever: If you look at my posting, you will see the updated ECU part number.. 23710-CD002. How old is your car?? Mine was a pre-order built in 7/2002
Good Luck..
