Sorry to hear about you issues with Nissan e30cabrio. It happens to every car company some are better than others. I used to own a Toyota MR2Spyder and many people on the forum I used to visit had the Pre cat death. Toyota never really admitted they had an issue but a good percentage of the cars had failed engines before they hit 50,000 sometimes sooner or later. This is Toyota we are talking about.

Nissan, Honda, Ford, you name it; you are going to get a bad car or a bad dealer. It's just the way it is. My suggestion is if you feel you have a lemon you need to exercise your rights under Lemon laws or keep contacting Nissan until you are satisfied. If all else fails, sell the car. However, that would be a bit extreme over a battery issue though.

I had a 2005 Mustang when they first came out and it was lemon, I just called Ford until they got me a new car.

Good luck with everything.

Man so sorry to hear that, nissan dealers are in it for the money if they can't make an off the repair they wont do it the other thing you can do is file a claim with BBB.com and get them looked at.
