anyone know strafe auto?
not sure if there is the right area but i need there number asap!
ill update you on why once i have a long talk with them on the phone
EDIT:
the guy i ordered from was a little bit stupid
once Lawrence found due to this thread he contacted me to find out what the problem was
good thing he let that guy go, just wasn't doing the company good
As soon as he took over processing my order it was shipped out to me the next day and i had it at my door by the end of the week
(strafe SL2 CF bumper)...looks like Nismo V3, came well packaged and is a amazing bumper

Somebody called them out once on changing their name from another name they used to go by on this forum and ended up getting banned for screwing customers out of their money. They denied that, but I also think it's them. If it is, then this is the 3rd name that they've gone by. Good luck, OP!! I hope you get your problem resolved.

go on g35 driver and look for dustin@strafe he list his email and he literally responds within seconds, mike on the other hand(350z sales) is kinda flakey/forgetful but im sure his intentions are good and hes a stand up guy pm me dustin doesn't resolve your issue i have some cell numbers you can call

not vouching for them , mike actually still has not returned my pm regarding some quotes, but i bought three body pieces and received them in a month(will call actually) so i was satisfied but good luck op

I've dealt with them, bought spacers and a rear replica bumper - no issues. sales were fine. The guy I dealt with is no longer there, - can only vouch for my experience w/ Strafe.

took a wile, but i got it.

I think strafe is a good company with good intentions that needs to work out a few of its kinks

he made this thread prior to him obviously checking his email with the tracking number this morning... so why do you keep making posts insinuating our company is not good and has poor customer service? have you dealt with us before? or are you a current customer? until you have/are a customer then please leave your false comments to yourself. Strafe takes care of ALL our customers the same exact way. was the thread needed? not at all.. did the customer jump the gun? yes. we have made some personnel changes to our forum sales team on 350z, we apologize for anyone who has had any delays.

OK enough is enough.
We have tried to make Our service better. It's clear some people we had selling weren't up to Forum standards. We have again tried to tweak things on here. This crowd is different from Driver. So we tread lightly. We had a issue last yr with a guy on here who decieved Strafe and the Forum.
Mike has since moved to another area of Strafe, He just got overloaded. Our new guy is awesome and will give better service.
Shipping has been a issue and we know it can be bothersome. If you read our disclaimer is spells out clearly how many days to allow for orders to ship. Some orders went to wrong addresses and we had to regroup to find out our shipping glitch. That is worked out now.
Now the references to Auto Infantry or Us changing our name is quite stupid. We have no and I repeat No ties to them. Period and that is that. So Lame to even accuse us.
We are trying everyday to improve on here and we take each order serious. We also know the Tough Crowd.....

Ok I knew you couldn't wait to post like this since you told me on driver see you on 350z. I know you have issues with us without even being a customer. You have issues with some guys in texas that are Part of Strafe Team or a certain shops customers. Not Fair and not justified on your part to attack us. As a Mod I would think you should be held to better standards.
