Thanks

awesome I always wanted an ejection seat!

Anyways thanks for trying to explain what it is. I got the car used so guess there is no telling why the previous owner had that input terminal put there.

Upon further inspection (actually looking at the picture), it's probably something you should remove.

Take a photo from underneath it, there is probably a marking on the bottom. You are showing us the side. Given that it has a metal case, it is probably disapating heat and thus a controller or amp of some kind.

And don't cut the brown wire, FFS, it could be very bad - biblical times, cats and dogs living together, wrath of god kind of stuff. Just imagine a twinkie the size of 20 city blocks.

those would be your clutch, brake and acceleration/gas pedals. In that order.

better pics please, or more details. Looks very foreign to us.

Sorry for the lack of details. The input terminal connects to this control box that is zip tied to the steering wheel column or whatever it is called. I can see some writing on the back but not enough to tell what it is. Guessing it might have to do with the speakers maybe?... min and max setting on it.

Apologize for the picture quality... iphone 3gs weaksauce camera :/

No I have not checked any where for an amp. I assumed the car had stock audio equipment. when I got the car it had the stock radio and the speakers didn't sound that great. Its a 05 base. Maybe Ill do some more poking around and see if I can find anything else. Thanks for the input

Do u have an aftermarket alarm in it? Could be poor placement of the motion sensor...
