well since were off topic, this past sat i took the gf to that new movie theater to where you can sit down at your own private first class style seating and have dinner. Best part was that i could also order alcoholic beverages!!! but even better was that you had to order the tickets and pick your seating online, AND there was absolutely no Punks talking through out the whole movie. Guess they cannot afford it. Altogether was like 70 bucks. But was deff worth it.

Richie too has moved on from "normal" movie theatres. In fact, he decided after college that he would just purchase a gold encrusted chair.....you know....to treat himself. Ordered a bottle of Don Perignon with his Fire Fighter ovetime and bathed in it during the movie........He's definitely earned it.

We went to one like that in Oregon. But some retards from out of town got drunk in the back and wouldn't shut up. At least the movie sucked so I didn't miss anything. If it had been Tron, someone would have had to die.

The entire point of this kid making this thread was to say:

"I'm 21 and getting a the same car successful people who don't suckle at their daddy's breast and have to earn it get. It makes me uncomfortable that people don't respect me in the same way because I can barely wipe my own bottom so I have to point out things my Daddy's money bought me to feel ok about the fact that in reality....I'm a loser."

You can tell by this kids other threads arguing why its ok that his Daddy bought him a Z. "I'm 17 why do guys in their 30s have Z's?" Cuz dude, your Dad's had into his 50s to earn enough to buy your spoiled *** a car. Some of us had to earn it........most of us don't even get out of school until at the earliest 22 and then we have school debt. I didn't even mention that in showing how idiotic your fake life story is.

"Just so you older guys know, when I do buy my replacement for the Z, Im giving the Z to my father because I don't need the Z to pay for the replacement since I will pay for it cash." Give us a break little kid.....

Why is it that when spoiled little brats give their parents somethings......purchased by their parents, all of a sudden they feel like martyr. Dude you didn't even earn it......Be like me giving you a nickel, you buy a piece of gum and give it to be asking for praise.....

Lastly, just to show the SHEER stupidity of this kid, he picks a widely publicized profession in the public sector. Then makes up completely contradictory-to-fact stats that anyone with a brain could figure out he's lying.

Given my estimated rent.....Where do you think genius here will part his new rides?

This is a little out of his price range at $1150/mo, but it shows how insanely stupid this kid really is. You parking your Z.....let alone Z06 at that little boy? That's Inglewood.......

Here's proof of his OT and even getting hired period is a fugging lie:

In recent years, as the city of Los Angeles has spiraled into deeper and deeper financial trouble, leaders have argued that they are cutting back nonessential city services to preserve the government's most basic mission: protecting its residents. What that has meant, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and City Council members have insisted, is jettisoning some government functions and transferring workers so that police and fire can be kept whole.

But as the city leadership has been pressed into difficult choices, one consequence is that the Los Angeles Fire Department has been quietly whittled away. It is still authorized for 3,588 sworn firefighters, but that's an illusory number. Roughly 400 of those positions are vacant, as are about 40 of the LAFD's 344 civilian jobs (down from 438 civilian jobs in 2008). The department's budget has been shaved by more than 12% in the last several years, and the number of firefighters on duty at any given time has fallen from 1,073 in 2008 to 931 last year.

It's not about to get any better. The Los Angeles Police Department's website proclaims that the "LAPD is Hiring! Starting at $45,226." Over at the Fire Department's recruitment site, the news is different: "Unfortunately, the city's financial situation has resulted in a reduction in the firefighter hiring plan. Therefore, the firefighter job bulletin is closed, and no applications for this examination are being accepted until further notice."

To compensate for dwindling resources, the department has been forced to adopt what it calls a "modified coverage plan," a rolling system of "brownouts" — daily closures of fire facilities because the department is stretched so thin. One out of three Fire Department divisions is always closed, as are two of its 16 battalions; half a dozen ambulances are out of commission at all times. Firefighters rotate through the city to cover for unstaffed areas. The result: Firefighters are often working in communities they don't know, confronting dangers they have not been trained to address.

"As a fire department, we're at a tipping point," said Battalion Chief Chris Kawai, who discussed the department's faltering strength with me recently at the Battalion 5 headquarters in Hollywood. One of his colleagues was blunter: "We're being gutted."

I don't know if your rich Daddy never taught you how to add, but 36K doesn't get you Z06 of jack squat.

Your daddy paid for your Z.
I dont remember you though... This picture was taken my freshman or sophmore year in college obviously around the time the dark knight was coming out. It was at a la county fire station where I did an interview for a term paper I wrote. This picture was simply proof that I was there. There's also a picture of the firemen in front of the engine that I interviewed floating around somewhere...

Im not going to get into where I work because I'm not supposed to be going to school while on probation and I could get fired for it, and I know someone here would try to do something idiotic if they found out where I work.

LOLOLOL ok I want to help our little friend with a concept I'll call "math."

So let's say.....its true. Our little worker bee graduated with his BS (working before) in under two years. That's 120hours of college credits mind you. So basically....That's 60 credits a year or 30 a semester......while working this supposed job.

Now.....our little worker bee from car poor before. We'll assume he has like $10K (I know, I know....I'm a generous guy) to put down on his new SLK or Z06. I mean at 21.....we all knows he's earned it right!??!?

Now let's assume while going to school 30 hrs a semester (mind you 12 is full time and over 18 requires special permission from the school) and working (see 30hrs a semester) you put in....OVERTIME.

Ok Mr. Firefighter...the AVERAGE was $49,000/yr BUT the STARTING is more like $35K. I mean if you believe things like "facts." Seeing as you did go to school almost triple full time and worked.....I will assume you worked 60hours a week. Yes, I will go out on a ledge and say that in a time where government overtime is at a minimum and your bankrupt state is paying time and a half for an extra 20hrs. So with your OT, we'll the doing that fancy wizardry I call "math" and figure out you're now taking in a cool $61K a year.

Oh my god.....did you hear? The government takes out........wait for it.....TAXES! In Cali (your tax be high) Federal (25%) plus state (8%...being nice) is around 33%. So.....your cool $61K just became $40K a year.

That's assuming you dont put ANYTHING towards your retirement, healthcare, dental, vision, disability, etc etc etc.

So now....youre looking at take home pay of $3333.00/mo. Well damn....rent in LA is kinda high, so I'll assume you live in the HOOD paying $1000/mo.

You're now looking at a cool $2300 left for both cars, insurance, gas, groceries, fun, untilities ect ect.

Being a man of obvious power.....nothing less than a SLK55 and SRT8 will do.

Now, seeing as you're not only a math genious a college kid working doing 30+ hours a semester.....I'll assume you're buying used. Let's say an 08 Charger for $30K, but you pay it down with all that $10K you saved

Payment is around $500/mo. Not bad for a DD! Oh.....ok insurance is $150 (young, male, Cali) I won't even assume you put gas in it.....just because that's the kinda guy I am.

Now.....for your pride and joy......a Z06. Let's go 2008 for $45K. OUCH! No cash left.....looking at a cool $1100/mo payment on that bad boy. Lucky you're a rich 21yr old college grad!

So....We're looking at around $1750 in car alone.

You're original $2300 is now $550.

So to live....every month.....you'll be able to spend around $140 a week on gas, groceries, fun, untilities ect ect.

THATS ASSUMING!

You saved $10k in cash, you graduated college in less than 2 years all the while working, that you work 60hrs a week during a recession where California is issuing IOUs, that you don't pay anything for medical, that you only pay $1k/mo in rent, that you're looking at used. That you really think insurance on a Z06 and SRT8 will be $150/mo for a 21yr old male driver.
Dude I didnt read your whole post but I already mentioned where I currently live earlier and it's basically nothing for the next year and perhaps a bit longer. I'm graduating college in 4 years, idk why people are saying 2?? Im in a undergrad program built for firefighters so a bit more than half of it is online. I do have to show up for all the public administration classes, and Im minioring in it. The first 2 years wasnt online at a junior college, but I wasnt firefighting at the time.

I also have taxes covered too dont worry . That's why Im still driving my Z right now...

I also said if I got the Z06 I wouldn't get a DD, look a couple of pages ago when somebody suggested it. The SLK 55 AMG is not gonna cost 45K like the Z06, and I also said Im going to have to make payments on the DD whatever it is...

Reality is I can be a bit stupid with my money right now. I can do what I want which is buying a nicer car, I dont have kids or anything right now. This was planned out actually back in 2007.

And as for the Z06: (this was back in the first or second page)

Well a z06 is a real stretch of an option. I mean I guess it is, but not a great option financially.
I'd ideally want to pay for something cash, and then have enough or be real close to putting a big down payment on a sedan that would serve as my daily driver which I could mod a bit.

I can afford the payments because I decided to hunt for a nice used (8 years used, mind you) 350Z. I budgeted myself and after alotting money for play, gas, diesel, and insurance...I'm STILL +$800/month. My guess is that daddy wants his Z back. Do yourself a favor and grab a pickup truck or a used civic or rsx thats great on mileage and can still be fun to work on...and even quick if you do it right over time. Too many people these days make dumb decisions...i.e. basing purchases off of "overtime." <--You are a dumbass if you do that. Any SECOND, you could lose your job, or have your hours dramatically cut. I'm not even going to go into the "math" portion of your numbers, because you just got owned on the last page with that.

So quite honestly, STFU and GTFO.
Paying overtime is cheaper than hiring new firefighters because the FD does not pay pension costs on overtime and they dont have to pay to train new hires. Overtime is just a part of life in the FD even now...

And even if my hours were somehow cut, a couple of guys in my current fire house on all shifts have side businesses I have been invited to work in, but because of school I haven't.

Dad drives a 1998 nissan pathfinder and was going to buy a new car but instead is remodeling their kitchen and 2 bathrooms, its just going to be a nice gift hopefully on his birthday in the summer.

If daddy paid for my Z it'd be way more modded, at least have wheels lol

So you went from Junior College......to online college to getting hired with LAFD.....when they're not hiring......while making overtime....... Even with all that being true....your math skills are questionable at best.

You realize your prior posts are coming back to haunt you right?
