If you are taling about a factory nav system--I am not sure. But, I dont know why you would want a factory nav system over the ones you could get for the same price. If I were you I would just get a custom screen installed flush where the nav system would go and get a dvd player. I got the nav myself but it sounds like you really didn't want it from the get go and you just want some extra toy.

I did not get it either.. but it is useful for storage of small items, ins. cards, notes, wallet.. since the seat fits like a snug glove.. in need to remove my wallet for comfort.. if driving longer than 20 mins. or so..

I did not get the NAV either but have a Garmin Streetpilot III. Verbal commands, color, the works. $599.00. Now, the measurements are really close to the internal dimentions of the NAV box. I'm gonna do an install of the Garmin in this slot. Will post pics once it's done. My Z will be here in a few days. You can wire the 12V power/speaker directly to the fusebox.

Quick questions jaf1701:

Can you still lift the Nav door? is it still a door? what's behind it?

I want to know this because I also did not order Nav system.
