I was browsing around to see if there was a build date or cut-off date when the Bose came updated from the factory. Looks like I may have to take apart the car to check the Amp #. Anyone know by VIN for sure?

In mid-November, I received what they called an open campaign letter for the Bose amplifier.

I already had an amplifier replaced earlier, so I called Nissan for information. I was told that this campaign was different, and that I should call my dealer to set up an appointment.

I did so, and on Nov. 20, they replaced the amp. The new one seems to have gained some Bass, and doesn't yo-yo when the noise compensation feature kicks in.
