I began taking the steps needed to get new tires thinking all along this would be a hard and tedious fight, I called up nissan north american and opened up a case and they told me that they would be cross rotating my tires and after that I could possibly receive new tires. I bring my car into the dealer today to have the front compression rod installed since my car drifts to the right and have the tires rotated. My service guy calls me up and says he just got off the phone with Nissan and they are no longer cross rotating and they gave him permission to order me new front tires. I asked if a new alignment was out to fix this from happening again and he said yes. I don't know if this is bs or not but gettin new tires was much easier then anticipated, hopefully the rest of you with this problem can get this resolved as easily as I have.
