hope this isnt a repost, I searched but found nothing

after watchin some forum wars got curious as to what was the biggest car forum online... so I googled it and this is what I came up with. Taken from Big-Boards Rankings, ranked by total posts.

what was even more amusing were the forums that out ranked us. you'll have to look for yourself

i would have figured that for as many mustangs that you see that they would have pretty popular forums. although i guess they are mostly driven by high school girls and not true car enthusiasts so sorta makes sence

It's QUALITY, not quanity. Number of posts on other forums means nothing. I joined a suby, vw, scion, celica, and tried the SRT4 one trying to sell rims I had. All the other forums are GARBAGE. Most of them had a straight to ebay search bar-which would explain the over abundance of rice in the above mentioned cars. Overall, I was unimpressed with the lot.

newcelica forum did have a little chat box for ppl who were online to talk to whoever else was on. was more useful than PMing in most cases, but it was mostly used for gay-bashing on people asking questions and showing their superiority complexes.

my350z>all other forums.

Audizine not there? Wow, I've been on there forever and the site was great when I had my A4 and S4. Great people and a ton of knowledge! Either way I haven't been on here or had the Z long enough to generate an opinion on it's ranking. Love it so far.

We'd probably attract a small number more people if our site was related more to Nissan than just 350/370Z. I wonder how many Altima/Maxima/Cube/Puke owners don't come here because they think it is for Zs.

I see 4 different Mustang forums. There's probably 10+ more out there.

It's funny cause I actually came from VWvortex and I can say that i am not surprised that it's #1. The forum these days is actually starting to go downhill, but a couple years ago it was probably one of the fastest moving, most knowledgeable forums out there. They had a good balance of mods/rules that kept things organized and not chaotic while not turning things too strict or ****.

What I liked the most about that forum, specifically the mkIV GTI/Jetta board, was that if you posted a question or thread in general, you would literally get like 5 responses within minutes. The amount of DIYs was vast and well organized in a thread organized by mods.

This is one of the best forums for cars, I got all my stuff from here. If I didn't find this place, I know I would of been getting wheels with bad offsets. This is such an easy place to find stuff and look at other nice Zs.......
