Thank you. That was the answer i was looking for all along. A stupid question to you may not be so stupid to somebody else. I've never driven this car before, so the smartest thing i can do, is come here and ask 'stupid' questions.

might as well ask her how to throw a baseball too. this isn't similar to making sandwiches so he did have the right idea. driving a manual just takes practice and learning to feel out the clutch. i learned by literally buying a manual and in order to get it fro the dealer lot to home had to learn on the spot. 3 stalled engines later I knew how to drive manual.

It's a shame it took 4 pages of badgering, slandering, being made fun of, called stupid to get a couple simple answers. The people in this forum are extremely arrogant and have no desire to help a newcomer. It's devoid of and kindness, compassion or trust.

That fact is that i am a real human being typing and asking the questions.

I have better things to do with my time then troll. I can only prey that someday people will not find amusement in ganging up and badgering people.

I'm grateful that i got the oppourtunity to drive such a lovely car, hence why i came to ask questions so i don't screw it up. Most of you are un grateful pieces of **** and don't deserve this car, or even have access to internet.

I have only owned manuals my entire life,I started in 95 and now in 2011 with my Z.I have not skipped gears,I am not going to use never,but 99% of the time,I am using all gears.I love the fact instead of five I now have six gears to go through.

I usually shift at 2800-3K rpms daily driving,more spirited driving at 4-5K,depends on my mood...I definitely dont ever bog the motor trying to conserve gas,the Z does a great job on gas considering its a 300hp sports car.
