I have a ticket dated back from last year, in the citation I have made 2 violations 1 for not making a full stop at a stop light before making a right and another one for speeding 60mph at 40mph.
Saving you guys the details that the officer was dick I wrote a written trial by declaration and won on the citation of speeding but guiltuy on the other one. Keep in mind this is all one citation.
Im deciding to go to court to fight the one where I didnt make a full stop on the red light, but Im wondering if I fight this citation will it overturn the citation where I was found not gulity of speeding or will I only be fighting the one Was found guilty.

I need to know because I dont want to start over and fight 2 citations again if Im already found not guility of one. If anybody has any expereince or tips please let me know. Thanks.
