Default Carrying a firearm in your Z??

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any other Z owners carried their firearm(s) in their Z when not on their persons? My full size Glock won't fit well anywhere other than the rear floor compartment, which I know for a fact is legal, but I can fit my subcompact into the little cubby hole in the front dash (where the stock nav system would go), however I really am curious of the legalities. Planning on going to the local PD to ask them on Monday, but I'd like to know if any other Z owners carry in certain spots in their cars with good luck? Thanks guys,

Jeff

It depends what I have... I usually have a HK .40 USP Compact in a Serpa holster w/o the clip stored behind the passenger. I believe I can put my .40 in the small cubby on the speaker bar w/o the holster.

for a concealed carry gun , a full size glock is not a good choice , better for a holster

now a mid size would be a great choice i use a glock 19 & glock 23 & H&K USP .40 mid size , all three i can carry in my waist ( not at the same time )

i would not recommend putting a gun in the drop down panel directly behind the seat but all 3 of those models fit

the only gun that is gonna save your life is the gun you can reach , so in your waist is the only logical place

i have been in a situtation where i did need it and it did save my life

full size glock is better for law enforcement in a holster , and not concelaed carry

Damn you ****in Americans and your guns.... I'm going to try to get a Glock soon, but the law in Canada is obviously different. Even to carry it around all the time is illegal.... I probably wouldnt ever need it in Canada either. But... =)

I don't own a gun of any kind so I don't have the problem of carrying one around in my Z or in my Minivan.

I just lock it up in the back of the car. No need to carry one, loaded and ready to go. The cool guy, or tough guy with a gun thing is just lame.

Yeah unless you're in Toronto in a little area called Jane Finch... You as a citizen are banned from guns so you have no way to protect yourself from all the criminals who get them.

I have a Glock 36. .45Cal. It just fits into the little open area in the driver's side door under all the window and lock controls.

I know the perfect picture for you.

From your statement, that would mean that citizens having guns would make the country safe from criminals. Therefore, America should be the safest country in the world, right? Far from it. Little did you know is that when you start allowing any dumbass to carry a gun around, one of them is going to go and shoot up a campus or rob a store.

And trust me, we really don't have many criminals around here. Even in Jane and Finch.

No worries! I found the thread I was talking about, although it's about carrying a firearm in the cubby.
