Jay can be notoriously slow in responding some times.

 

Its the worst online business ever. And the Jay guy is a total moron. I had to get Visa to take my money back from him.

And a customer service # that never answers the phone is ****ing pathetic.

Your better off buying it from somewhere else, even if it does cost more.

I want to order the hood damper kit and concept led lights. But I am weary now that people are saying he's "slow" at giving business to his customers.

 

EVO-R is still in business.As others have commented,Jay is hard to contact...He is slow to respond to any messages.Forget any v-mail to him.Bottom line,he is from Taiwan.He gets his stuff made there.He lives in NY,but could be in Taiwan from time to time.
My advice,if you can get a comparable part that you want from another source,I'd do it.
Save yourself some headaches.Jay does offer some exclusives.He offers a Mine's CF front lip(always out of stoch,though)that only EVO-has.It took me about 3 months to get mine.But,it was perfect!A negative,it seems that some of his CF pieces have flaws.
So,its a crap shoot!
