Stearlership or private owner?

Of course if the CarFax is clean and the car is in good working order the lower the mileage the better.
Define "normal". My '03 has 109,000 and seems very normal to me! Some of us buy em to drive em, every day.

I got mine from a private owner. Dealers around me are asking between 14-16k for the same car.
