In Japan... no option... no vanity or personalized plates. The best you can do is have your dealer order a combination of 4 numerals to your liking...
my choices have been.. as shown on the plates..

23-23 (ni-san, ni-san)
22-33 (ni ni , san san)
70-07 (lucky marriage date of July 7)
will go with ... .3-50 for my FairladyZ
