I pay $800/yr. but, try running a search. This exact question has been asked and answered dozens of times before. Good luck.

23 in CT and I am paying around $8xx.00 every six months, or around $16xx.00 a year. My record is completely clean and I have full coverage with a $500.00 deductible, tow, road side assitance, and glass.

I have American Express and with a clean record they only charge around $700 a year with REALLY good coverage. I'm also 29.

You will have to carry full coverage unless your car is paid for in full. Other wise the bank will buy insurance for you and charge you for it. They won't find the best rate. I also understand that your credit rating is used along with your driving record. I would suggest you go to a insurance broker that handles several insurance providers. Good luck.

Gonna hit the big 40 soon, and I'll be paying $504/year for full coverage through Mercury Insurance with a perfect driving record.

I pay monthly with State Farm...it's $80.17. For reference, the 1997 Acura 3.0CL i traded for my Z cost me $77.84 a month. Believe me...i was sweating how much the Z was gonna cost but when i opened my bill and saw it went up by 3 bucks i was excited!

Which insurance company are you with? Try getting quotes from different insurance companies to see who has a lower premium with the type of coverage you want. I'm with Mercury Insurance and as i posted earlier will be paying $504/year for full coverage. Good luck!
