On my new 2004 Daytona Blue Touring, I noticed that the spokes on the wheels do not have the small hexagonal design on them. All other 04's seem to have it. The 03's do not. Did I get last years wheels?

if I recall correctly, you have a 6 sp- manual.... which means 18" wheels/tires.
the wheels that you are speaking of are the 17" wheels/tires.

For the Record -
17s have them (Seven Spikes)
18" cast do not (Six Spokes)
18" Forged Track have them (Six Spokes)
Since you don't, you have a 6MT with the 18" Cast Wheels with six spokes.
