We all agree that OEM parts are rediculously expensive, that being said, I expected the difference between the OEM parts and the cheap AAP/auto parts store prices to be 2X, 3X even 5X less. In the end, it was less than 15% below OEM. These are the prices you posted, not me.

I only mentioned the NGK plugs because I bought some recently and recalled that they weren't nearly expensive as the $15 you claimed. Now that I'm home and can look at the receipt, I see I paid $7.59 per plug. If you're willing to wait for mail order vs stopping by the dealer on the way home and putting them in your hand that day, then that's the choice you make.

From many years of experience, I know exactly the quality, reliability and lifetime expectancy you get out of a lot of the cheap parts from AAP, Autozone, Pepboys, etc. You get what you pay for.

If you're happy with your deal, then so be it. I was just trying to understand what made this such a good deal
Love the diagram,

Good deals though. I usually either do amazon (free prime shipping for me) or Advance Auto.

why it sounds like people is picking on OP?
This is a very useful thread he is trying to help other people out.
I agree with OP - NGK is OEM or at least OEM quality.

If I hadn't found AAP on my own, this thread would have helped me big time.

Meh. Remanu window motors. Did you look at the customer ratings - 1 1/2 stars. There's a reason they are so cheap.

You know what....they have a lifetime warranty but the hassle of swapping it out is not worth it. I would recommend following the diy to clean them on g35 driver versus buying these. I will check rock auto and Sewell g35driver price for New and report back.

I'm confused. If the ones you ordered are stock heat then what are the LFR5AIX-11? Those are what I ordered from sparkplugauto.com ($44.51). I hope I didnt order the wrong ones.

Finally installed the spark plugs that I have slowly picked up as fillers on my previous order. My fake non oem NGK laser platinums (PLFR5A-11) worked like a charm and actually helped with idle and better response. That could also be the ecu reset CHRIS did or a fresh batch of gas. I am hoping to see some sort of difference in gas mileage but highly doubt that will happen. Either way I paid $6 a plug and now I am set for 100k miles and that maintenance set me back $40 out of pocket and free labor (chris and I) using a my350z diy thanks to "3hree5ive0ero"

Looking for dealers in the BC mainland and interior regions for headlights and tail lights, no offense but don't want to order from the states too much hassle to get car parts through customs
