Why is it that when there is a bad review or horror story of a company that sponsors this website it gets deleted, even if said company acknowledges the customers complaint (not to imply that the company agrees with the customers description of the situation)? It seems as if the website is not interested in protecting its users.

This is the reason its often so hard to find the truth about many shops and companies. There is no reliable info, everyone "hears from someone who heard from someone." If the customer's 1st person account were not deleted at least we could ask questions and make better decisions when doing business with these companies.

 

It's all about the advertising revenue.

If it is YOUR personal experiance with a shop by all means post away as it was your money. Rehashing a 2 year old thread when you have been a member for less than 30 days makes me think that is not the case.
