Well I have a great opportunity coming up in the next 2 weeks, i have a job offered to me building gas power plants making $80k my first year and $100k after that, so with that kind of income im starting to think about selling the Z and maybe moving up to the GT-R and im just trying to get a feel for how much i should ask. NADA is sayin the car retail is $13,500. So i might ask for alittle less and just sell all the mods and return the car back to stock or just sell the car with the mods and ask alittle more. What do yall think?

With the bad and it being 125k miles, I'd revert it back to stock and sell it for like $10k and sell the mods. You will get more money that way. Just my 2cents

 

$80 to $100k is not really GTR money. Unless you want to be car poor.

 

you dont have the money yet dont be a poser in a gtr. every 30 year old loser i see at car meets with random money and crap house with low payments says they are thinking of trading their heavily modified 20k car for a gtr. what if you get fired?

2004 track 350z with 125K (in stock form) is probably worth about $8K depending on the condition. Add $4K in mods, you might get $12-13K for it.

There is no way it is worth $13,500 at that mileage. You can find 2003-2004s in stock form with low miles for $15K-16K.

You can get a nice used GTR for $55k to $65k. im shooting just to sell the car as is and see if i can get $13,500. That would be nice and save me alot of work. The miles are mostly highway miles due to the fact that i drive 30 min one way to work. I love how people react when someone says anything about maybe getting a GT-R lol, Sure i could go with a Supra or a R33 GTR for around $35K. Which is also a possibility due to the fact that they are cheaper. Im not too huge of a fan of the R35 due to the fact it is paddle shift, im more of a good old stick shifting kinda guy. I even thought about a Rb30 swap into the Z or do the VR38 swap into the z with a 6 speed trans swap, which is not impossible and can be done for under $30k. U can find a VR38 for around $9k to $12k when one comes up for sale, which lethal injection in Alpharetta, GA is on stand by to do my swap if i so choose to be the 1st one to do it. in fact, their is a Vr38 on Ebay right now up for sale.

and BTW "J 0 K 3 R" iam no poser or loser, nor am i 30. Im just about to turn 25 and as u can see in the pics, i dont live in a cheap house with "low payments" my G/F makes good money as well. Yea i could get fired but i dont plan on making payments on the car anyways. I plan on paying cash for whatever car i choose to buy. Between my new job, girlfriends income and whatever i get out of the Z. I dont see paying cash being a problem. Sure in might take 6 to 12 months but all i got is time
