1) OP didn't specify if he wanted his Z to go faster, handle better, look better, be lowered, ride better or any other criteria. Therefore any and all random answers will be in line with his directionless goal. Kudos to him for at least specifying a budget - most don't

2) You're right, we're all tired of "seeing this", i.e. asking the same question over and over. It deserves and gets the same answer over and over. I'm saving him the hassle of searching out a bunch of threads on the subject he's asking about.

3) I did answer his question, I pointed him to threads with lots of suggestions for mods. What did YOU do for him? Other than get something off your chest.

4) Look at the majority of the replies here. It sure seems like few members take these kinds of questions seriously.

more specifically i have been leaning towards suspension coilover and sways ect ect.. I am planning on doing some track days in the very near future. less inclined to get power mods because my z 05 and its a DE and getting any notable power out of it without FI is kind out of the question because it is out of my budget plus my car is my daily drive so im trying to keep the reliability up as well.

Do you want your car to look better? Or are you more concerned about making it handle better or go faster? Point is it's up to you, it's your fawking car. That's like asking "I have $1500 to spend on clothes what should I buy guys"?
