Does the factory 36,000 mile warranty on my 08 350z cover fogged headlights?

Nope, no water in there. They replaced my driver side headlight 20,000 miles ago for that issue. Now I have a clean one and a hazy one. What is a good product (that works) to use to make my passenger headlight look new again? Also, what is a good product to use to keep it looking good?

3m makes a headlight restore kit which is pretty good, used it on my 01 maxima. You can pick it up at any pepboys, autozone, etc.

 

I just hit mine with 3M Swirl Remover every time I wash the car - keeps 'em shiny all the time.

 

I had the same thing happen to my 08. It was still under warranty and I called up there and they told me that headlights aren't covered... so I had to buy the 3mexhaust headlight restorer.

I should have known those snakes at the dealership were lying...

 

Pretty sure it is only covered if there is moisture inside - outside is merely cosmetic. Strange though how some older 350's have bright and shiny headlights and the owners have never even touched them with anything other than normal washing.

 

Yeah, I had moisture inside the headlight and they still said it wasn't covered...

I believe you just need to polish the headlight's plastic right? Like buy one of them buffers orbital buffers and polish away.
