Default Nogaro Red, What years?

Good Evening Everyone!

I had a Nogaro Red 2008 ZR GT, I sold it to help my divorce finalize. Miss it dearly.

However, I have started looking for a GT Coupe in Nogaro Red and noticed that it appears as though there are some '07s that are Nogaro Red.

I thought Nogaro Red was an '08 only colour, that might have just been in the canadian market.

I'd be very interested in any help in identifying what I should look for. I know some of you may think I'm crazy, but I want to find a GT coupe, I believe thats the only way they came with Cruise and Bose, or bluetooth and nav but those aren't as important.

Look forward to hearing what you have to say!

Here is a old pic from my old phone of my old car LOL:

^looks like Nogaro to me, and I've found some more that look like this. Redline and Nogaro look drastically different.

I have Nogaro 08 Coupe Touring..not GT. It has everything GT has except Brembo Brakes and special wheels. Cruise and Bose come with Touring also.

Does your's have bluetooth? Brembo's would be nice in the long run, but I know there are lots of "cheaper" brake options.

Has Blue tooth. As far as brakes..they were updated on 2006 models. Bigger rotors and calipers changed to TWO piston. Unless you're gonna track the car on a regular basis, these brakes are MORE than enough. In fact they STOP as well as Brembos! Bembos are more fade resistant due to 4 piston design...they aren't really that much bigger though.

That's Redline..

Here is the official word from Nissan

http://www.nissannews.com/pressrelea...350z-press-kit
the 2008 Nissan 350Z continues to offer sports car lovers high performance excitement and a dynamic driving experience in a range of high value Coupe and Roadster models – including the dramatic NISMO 350Z (Coupe only) that was added to the lineup as part of a major Z® revision for the 2007 model year. Changes for the 2007 model year also included an all-new next-generation 3.5-liter VQ-series V6 rated at 306 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Enhancements for 2008 include one new premium exterior paint color, Nogaro Red. The 2008 350Z is available in Coupe and Roadster body styles and in an array of models – five for the Coupe (including the NISMO 350Z) and three for the Roadster.

So I should be looking for a Touring or Grand Touring 2008 6MT?

Are bluetooth and bose not options on the touring model vs standard on the GT?

Specific paint code available for one year.
Specific model.

And the probability of finding this particular 350Z is what?

Probably, Slim to none, but I know they are out there, I missed a GT at Dobbs Nissan in Memphis. Not in a huge hurry, one needs to be patient when they are looking for something specific.

Thanks for your help guys!

A Touring will fit your needs...you can always change rims and Brembos are NOT a deal breaker here...unless you consistantly track the car. Even then, with proper pads, the stock brakes will work fine. As to your question on Bose and Blue Tooth..Touring has em.

neither seems easy to find though. I'd hazard a guess that this was the lowest produced colour for 2008.
