Thing is they always hide in the same spot... Funny thing is people are still getting pulled over lol.

Stay away on the 4th street between the mills and etiwanda, I have had people tried to race me numerous times. There's a detaintion center there so cops come in and out very often... I now take different route to avoid dummies and donut lovers
