Default Should I buy this Z????

Ok so its a 2005 anaversery addition fully loaded 38k miles 6 spd with new nismo exhaust and intake but it has a reconstructed title that was hit in the front has minor frame damage but drives great and completely fixed now. he said the lowest he would go is 9,000. is it worth it? I know its reconstructed title but kbb says its worth 20,650

It's not worth $20k if it's a salvaged title.

I would only do it if you plan to make this a track car and will keep forever or drive into the ground. Trying to resell this would be a huge ordeal for you down the line.

Take it to a body shop to do a real frame inspection. May set you back 50 bucks. Sounds like a pretty good deal considering the mileage. Make sure the engine is original. Wave cash in his face and Im sure he'll drop the price. KBB is inaccurate, 15k maybe in real life for a clean title.

You could get a clean title with 80k for that price probably, so no not worth 9k

Im not the expert but Id go 7k and see what happens. Things change when a buyer is in front of you with cash in hand, with a car no one else wants to buy.

At 9k is fine but still make him go lower.

That car easily grabbed 6k plus at the auction so it's worth it.

Frame damage and comfortable dont go in the same sentence. If I really had to have it Id go 6k. Otherwise save up and keep looking. You dont have enough money and thats that. There are tons of Zs going on and off the market constantly. There will be one waiting for you when the time is right, but right now isnt your time. Save up and keep looking.

The minute a car has had frame damage, it is worth $0. It is not a good deal at all at 9k. You can get one with 70k-80k miles for 9k with a clean title. You will not have to worry about the car's structural integrity the next time your lady friend asks you to pull hard to 100

No way that car is worth 20k on kbb. If you plan on keeping the car and driving it til the wheels fall off, go for it. But if you plan on selling it in the near future, find one with a clean title because itll be hard selling it without a clean title. And yes defintely have it inspected! I'd offer him around 7500

Stay away from re-conditioned or re-built title. You'll regret it!
