i feel you...the original dealer told me they would get me they could get me a PPW enthusiast, i was never on a waiting list though..anyway few months later they called me (luckily i has just sold me car and was ready to buy) and told me they have it, i went to find out it was an AUTO when i remember telling the guy specifically i wanted a 6spd. and that's one of the main reasons i was selling my car (CL-S w/navi i had for less then a year)...i saw a red one in their showroom, and loved it, i went to another dealer and bought a red enthusiast 6spd. and i got a better deal

I'm just missing the point how the dealer could get you the wrong ****ing car. I'm not you, but if I was, I would be absolutely irate! **** would hit the fan... 3 months of waiting... for the wrong ****ing car? Helllllllllllllll no. You're a better man than I by having not given that dealer a good bludgening.

Yeah black on black is a nice car.... but you have to look at what really happened.
1 - They promised you a car
2 - They lost your car, gave you the choice of 2
3 - They lost one of the 2 choices
4 - YOU'RE ****ING TAKING THE ONE THEY OFFERED YOU!?!?!
It sounds like they had a car. They needed to get rid of it, and they forced it upon you. Go elsewhere, I'm sure you can get what you're looking for somewhere else.

they never offered black on black......they don't even have the car
This all started when I chose to no longer wait for a silverstone/black allocation....i (just to see the availability) asked them to see how readily available black/black was.....and it was then proposed to me that they found one with identical options that i could take or they could start looking for a silverstone/orange(due to the overall inavailability of silverstone/black)
they then found a silverstone/orange that was on another dealers lot in Mass. while using their computer....only problem is someone had left a deposit on that one and it was never put into nissan's allocation computer(OR SO THEY SAY)
BUT i am certainly NOT settling for something sitting on a THEIR lot that they're trying to dump.....if anything this dealership has done everything possible to make ammends and has been nothing but helpful
THEY even offered to give me the ROADSTER for the same price as the coupe.....$34,200
JUst too bad the only things i like topless are women

If that ROADSTER has the same options you want as a coupe, that car would be worth 40,000 (37,025 invoice). Take the ROADSTER and sell it like some one said.
