Bought my 03 new in 02.Had 3mi on it when I took delivery.
The low miles were probably do that I ordered it,had it built, did not sit on
a lot...took about 3 months to get.
It came off the transport truck from the port,to the dealer.I picked it up the next morning. Now have 80k on the clock.Runs like or,better than new!

Mine literally just came off the truck. Still had painters tape wrapped around the bumper/car (forgot) and the seats were covered in plastic. Reason why it had 6 miles were b/c the mechanics did a test making sure everything work before releasing plus my test drive.
It's nice to be the 1 owner of this car ^_^

Be interesting to get before&after pics.
Bought my 03 Touring,17" wheels, the few extras that were available:
"aero kit"-mud guards,mats,cargo net,kick plates,spoiler.That was it.
After about 10yrs and ??? 20k in mods,she looks&drives a bit different.
Major change that starts it all IMO are the wheels. The OEM rims look OK
when you first get the car. They quickly become...dated.You change e'm
,maybe to 19's like I did, from your wallet goes a constant stream of $$$.
But,would not change a thing.I'm pretty much done. However, with all my body mods, the OEM spoiler looks out of place.A Blitz is on the way to take its place.

I failed to take a pic when I first brought her home. She has come a long way from stock that's for sure. I'm not done modding but the $$$ is stopping me. All the parts I want are so g'damn expensive and yet our cars depreciate but parts doesn't wtf
Thought they looked pretty sharp on the Z sitting on the showroom floor in 02.I had plan for how I wanted the Z to look. The wheels started it.Basically,
silverstone with much CF incl the interior.Goes well with the burnt orange seats which by the way are in excellent shape. The passeger seat looks brand
new.Prolly because, not too many have sat in it.I bought the Touring(previously
owned a 240z(Datsun).Bought that one new also, because my wife would be driving it.5AT.Drove a track. It seemed a bit harsher riding incomparison.
18's?Really does not make sense. My 19's with Hankook V-12s ride better than the OEM Bridgestones(which were pretty lousy..replaced 3 sets in the front
warranty feathering prob that is legendary, they finally got the alignment right.
Been perfect ever since!).I'm anti-lowering.Concern on ride characteristics.
A Z is pretty low stock.I like the low look. Was able to accomplish with
properly designed body add-ons.You still have to be careful.Less than 3.5"
clearance in the front.
An item many may not know...
Accessories such as mud guards,OEM spoilers, door kick plates are usually installed
by a contractor located near the port where the car arrived. At least thats how it was done with my car.Arrived in JAX,Fl,transported to Atlanta. This extra stuff is not done at the factory or,dealer.

April 11, 2005, I helped to "unwrap" Amber. She had 3 miles on her odo (and I've still got the original paperwork).
April 16, 2005, she had her first autocross run -- in the rain (novice school lunchtime instructor runs), and she was properly quick.
