Hello and welcome. I love that color on the Z.
I do not like the body kit and wheels are rediculous. Like aforementioned, scrap the 20's for 18 or 19 inch wheels. Looks into lightweight wheels to drastically reduce the unsprung weight of the car. Enkei RPF1s are common, but are very light, great quality, and can be had for cheap. Further, look up diy guides for seafoaming the Z. Seafoam, change all the fluids to synthetics, clean throttle body and MAF, clean/re-oil intake filters, and constantly monitor and maintain proper tire pressure.
Also, you may want to think about getting a tune so the true potential of the the modifications can be realize. This is will likely increase power and gas mileage, but a quality tune is not cheap.

I would just start off with some basic routine maintnance and go from there. Then you atleast have something to start from and from there you can work into a tune... Also the bigger the wheels = less mpg and the weight on those wheels can make a difference to.
Great purchase for a first car it looks awesome, DONT trash it! ha. GL!!

Congrats dude on the Z. Can't see the pics cause work blocks all internet pics.
My advice, stay away from SeaFoam 'cause that stuff will degrade your pistol rings over time. Your Z has minimal performance bolt-on. I would wait until you get a bit more to do a tune. With those 3 your ECU should be able to accept them willingly.

Correct me if I'm wrong but skipping gears will damage synchros over time. It was also not recommended to do this back when I first bought my Z (don't ask me to find posts or thread). I was also told this when I bought my daily driver back in 07. Maybe one of the tranny gurus could chime in.

Thanks for everyone's advice and inputs. So most the comments are about the weight on the rims that is hindering a higher yield on getting better MPG. I will look into this and probably experiment with 18" or 19" in near future.
