Default Oil pressure thingy

Is there a way to detirmine from the oil pressure gauge if the oil has reach optimum level for hard driving?

I do not know if you guys agree, but I NEVER over rev a cold engine. And, using the temp. gauge is not sufficient, because the oil is not hot yet by the time the temp. gauge move to the middle.

My oil pressure is 90psi when cold and 30psi when warmed up. But your gauge might be metric so you would have to do the math

Cool, thanks.
So, the pressure goes down when the oil warms up.
