I have yet to see a JDM Z in the USA, no idea how it would compare to a domestic. I do know than my USDM Z holds its own against domestic cars at the track.
Muscle cars might have all that hp but they weight tons! Jdm is just so much lighter and we also have some good numbers it's all about power:weight differential. Like the 350z hr I drive its really fast stock waiting on the mods dou .like I said guy you can only go so fast in a straight line....
wow...ok...having now owned both a Mustang GT and a 350 Z....I can say my Z handles really well...but so did my GT after lowering it and and doing a couple of suspension tweaks...would my Mustang out handle the Z in the turns? More than likely not...it is *** heavy......they are both great cars...just depends on what style driving you want to do...
The new gen mustangs are pretty cool. Ive never driven any before, but I wouldnt mind taking one for a spin...Ive got an itch from some big v8 power...can thank top gear for that
I bet the new Boss 302 handles better then most of you guys think. It kept up with a new M3 on the track, do you think your 350Z would? A 350Z is a nice affordable sports car but lets don't get out of hand.
You're right, Jeff...and at $40k+...not bad for a heavy pony car...but then that will open up the debate it isn't "stock"....would love to get my hands on a Laguna Secca Boss...
