I've seen a few Z owners make a Z type symbol with their hands? at first i thought they were flipping me off then i realized he was just a typical chill Z driver.

Not many Zs in my area, mainly american muscle. So us Z owners have huge respect for one another. I get flashing of high beams, thumbs up, or head nods from z32,z33 and z34 owners. Even the GTR owners nod. I even had a couple in their 60s, drive by in a blue z33 roadster, and gave me the thumbs up. The douche bags in my city are mustang owners and viper owners. But mustang owners are by far the worst.

Too fast..
I'd like to think the Z is too fast to be noticed and hence the hateration
Just think America is losing it. We are becoming too touchy about all the folks around us... Sigh..

I typically only get acknowledgment from other Z owners who are true enthusiasts.
For example: I was driving through atlanta yesterday back to my apartment at my university, crusing at 70 or so when a black lady in her mid 30's pulled up beside me in a brickyard Z, looked over for a split second, gave me the stink-eye, and zoomed off.
I think she was jealous that my Z looked better.

Negative experiences with other Z owners:
1) Another Z owner ran into my roadster on the interstate, wrecked me, and totaled my ZR while on the way to an event
2) After replacing it with a coupe, a G owner backed his car into my parked Z and damaged the front bumper and Veilside lip - accepted full responsibility initially and then has ducked me for months and won't pay for the damages
But for the most part, it's a great group of people. There are hundreds of owners that I've met on here and at events like ZDayz that will give you food from their table and the shirt off their back if you need it. And I even get along with the guy from #1. The guy from #2 will get his one day.
