bolts on do little until you tune..
most ppl add new wheels that are worse than stock..
spacers and suspension or die.
fixed for accuracy.

Bolt-ons do increase HP, but are not utilized to their potential unless tuned. They are seperate pieces to the puzzle. Intake and tune is incomplete , exhaust and tune in incomplete, all needs to be put together.

It all depends.. What is your goal? With that budget you can afford a plenum spacer+m rev with a Jwt popcharger & have a difference... But again, what is your goal & purpose?
