Airbag shut off and extra cig lighter

Has anybody installed the passenger side airbag shut off switch or the extra cigarette lighter (in the coin slots)??? Just would like to have an extra outlet for detector etc.
If you did, how much did the dealer charge and how long did it take??

I asked for the part number 2 weeks ago and dealer and 1-800-NISSAN1 said they didn't have one. I mentioned that I read in the manual that it refered to the dealer and they both acted like they never heard of this. I think it is pg 1-21 of manual?

Keep us posted. I remember somebody saying that you needed federal permission to get it installed and that you had to let the dealership do the install. I'd like to know if either of those two claims are true.
